Warming up your child’s brain for learning to read…….REALLY?

WE REALLY CAN WARM UP AND STIMULATE OUR CHILD’S YOUNG BRAIN FOR LATER, LEARNING TO READ.

EXCITING NEW RESEARCH USING NEURO-IMAGING TECHNIQUES REVEAL THAT PARTS OF THE YOUNG BRAIN THAT DEVELOP FOR READING BEGIN TO FORM AS EARLY AS INFANCY!

A PARTICULAR REGION OF THE LEFT SIDE OF THE BRAIN BEGINS TO BE HIGHLY AROUSED BY THE SOUNDS IN THE WORDS SPOKEN BY THE IMPORTANT PEOPLE WHO SURROUND THE CHILD. NURTURING GOO GOO GA GA, PARENTESE (HIGH PITCHED ELONGATED VOWEL TALK), READING, SINGING, RHYMING ALL SERVE TO BUILD AN EXQUISITELY INTRICATE SYSTEM OF BRAIN CONNECTIONS THAT FORM THE BASIS FOR LEARNING TO DECODE WORDS!

SO GO AHEAD, WARM IT UP. HAM IT UP. YOUR CHILD’S BRAIN WILL LOVE IT.

  1. Hope you don’t mind that I am being picky, but you reference research and don’t provide a link. That is a no, no. The only people that will ever use a link like “parentese” are reseat cheers or people like you, so if they get to your blog, they should have easy access to the research that you are providing.

You Ned more universal tags and you can use the same rags over and over, like babies, parents, reading, early literacy. Those are more likely to be used. We want VOLUME.

Are you getting anyone reading it? What are your stats?
